As part of the Renewable Care Plan, one of our solar electricians will undergo a professional service once a year as outlined below. This will help to identify any intermittent faults and help uphold any warranties on the equipment you have purchased.

Our annual full in-depth inspection & health check aims to highlight any issues, prevent future problems and ensure that your equipment operates safely, efficiently and to optimum performance.

A professional installer will come to your house and undertake a full inspection for any damage caused to the solar panel glass, along with the inverters, battery storage units and other key elements of the renewable energy system. They will check to make sure all framing and fixings are secure and tight (if accessible) and all electrical connections are working as they should and no faults are present. If the data is available they will do a generation comparison to the initial specifications or previous years.

You will receive a comprehensive report on your energy generation and if the system is performing to estimations, along with recommendations if there are any.
